At Tuscatube, we specialize in industrial cleaning solutions that are environmentally friendly without compromising effectiveness. Utilizing 40,000psi and 8,000psi hydro blasters, we primarily focus on metal stripping, or removing coatings to restore parts back to bare metal.
Tuscatube custom builds automated high pressure water machines that clean spinnerets of many sizes to remove polymers and para aramid fiber residue. We first started serving DuPont in 1986 and currently have custom machines worldwide in several fiber industries, including the Lycra Company.
Our Steelman oven is 10' wide by 7' tall by 5' deep. It can reach up to 1,000 F. It has an afterburner that consumes all smoke so that nothing can be seen coming out of the stack, making this process very environmentally friendly. Great, clean alternative to sand blasting.

Our 2000 CW laser removes surface rust very efficiently. Most parts are ready to be painted when done. This can either be a standalone or an add on service. Great, cleaner alternative to sandblasting.
